I’m the founder of Tails upon Thames, and my life has always revolved around animals. Raised in Cumbria in a family of horse trainers, show dog handlers, and working gundog breeders, I developed a lifelong passion for animal care.

After earning a BSc in Zoology, I gained hands-on experience in conservation, interned at ZSL London Zoo, and worked at Battersea Dogs Home, where I formed a special bond with nervous rescues.

In 2018, I launched Tails upon Thames to provide expert, compassionate pet care. As a certified dog walker, first-aider, and trainer, I specialise in force-free, positive reinforcement methods to ensure dogs feel safe, confident, and enriched.

Based in Lower Feltham, we offer secure pick-up and drop-off services across Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Kingston, and Molesey in our RSPCA-approved vans. We provide group adventure walks, solo walks, puppy care, home visits, and training, all tailored to each dog’s unique needs.
